IMAGE USE AUTHORIZATION TERM  

I am aware that when performing services and partnerships, as well as approving budget proposals  I AGREE AND AUTHORIZE  the use of my image in social networks, websites, portfolios to be produced by  2C AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCER AND DISTRIBUTOR EIRELLI , a legal entity governed by private law, duly registered with the CNPJ/MF under number 33.915.131/0001-58, headquartered at Rua Haddock Lobo, 1307, set 54, Cerqueira Cesar, São Paulo/SP, CEP 01414-906, represented herein in the form of its articles of association, hereinafter referred to simply as “ATUACENA”, as well as its Partners/Third Parties.

I certify that the use of my image will be used by ATUACENA, with the aim of its commercial expansion, whether in advertisements and publications on social networks, printed and or digital materials, including in its portfolio, on this website, as well as commercialized services and/or provided by this company, including the copyright owned by ATUACENA.

This authorization is granted free of charge, covering the use of its image, throughout the national territory and abroad, for its mere liberality, with nothing to claim or plead in any capacity, in any form and means, without any burden to the ATUACENA.

ATUACENA, in this case, declares that it will preserve and watch over the use of its image, so that its use is solely for the purposes set out in this Term.
